The Bach Flower Remedy collection is a range of flower essences made from the blooms of plants, bushes and trees, according to the original directions of Dr Edward Bach.
They were developed in the 1930s by Dr Bach who believed that disease was caused by a negative state of mind and found that if you make a person happier, the body heals itself. The Bach Flower Remedy collection is simple and safe.
The remedies can be used with confidence by all the family for the challenges of everyday living.
The Bach remedies are lovingly hand prepared by experienced staff at the Sun Essences workshop, located near the seaside town of Cromer where Dr Bach researched and made many of his famous flower remedies. We feel privileged to continue this work so close to it’s original roots.
