- English law shall apply to this agreement, irrespective of the country of delivery.
- The prices on the website, replace all previous price lists.
- All prices on the website are GBP, (British pounds or sterling). If you are a foreign customer, your credit card company will convert your currency into GBP, which may be subject to fluctuation.
- We reserve the right to refuse an order.

N.B. European and International orders over 2kg increase very greatly in carriage costs, so if your order goes over this weight, Sun Essences will divide your order into two parcels which saves postage.
N.B. In the case of goods sent internationally, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any necessary duties or taxes that may incurred en-route.
Methods of Payment
Payment is via PayPal.
We can accept Visa or Master card if you prefer. Please call us on +44 (0)1263 732942 with your card details.
We accept UK bank cheques made payable to Sun Essences, along with the order. (We would appreciate it if you put your payment card number on the back.)
For larger orders, you may prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, but please note you, the purchaser, are responsible for paying any necessary charges. Please email or contact us for our account details.
Delivery Times
All orders are doubled checked to ensure everything sent is correct, so depending on staffing levels, and size or order, parcels are despatched within one to four working days.
Returns
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately on +44 (0)1263 732942, and we will replace it by return.
