English law shall apply to this agreement, irrespective of the country of residence or country of delivery.

Prices

The prices on the website, replace all previous price lists.

All prices on the website are GBP, (British pounds or sterling). If you are customer outside the UK, your credit card company will convert your currency into GBP, which may be subject to fluctuation.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse an order.

Methods of Payment

We can accept payment by Paypal and all major credit/debit cards via PayPal.

We accept UK bank cheques made payable to 'Sun Essences Limited'. (We would appreciate it if you put your payment card number on the back.)

For larger orders, you may prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, but please note you, the purchaser, are responsible for paying any necessary charges.

Delivery Times

All orders are doubled checked to ensure everything sent is correct, so depending on staffing levels, and size or order, parcels are despatched within one to seven working days.
