Bach Flower Essences

The Bach Flower Essence collection is a range of flower essences made from the blooms of plants, bushes and trees, according to the original directions of Dr Edward Bach.

They were discovered in the 1930s by a Doctor Edward Bach who believed that illness was caused by a negative state of mind and found that if you make a person happier, you offer the body an opportunity to heal itself. The Bach Flower Essence collection is simple and safe and can be used with confidence by all the family, including your pets,  for the challenges and ups and downs of everyday living.

The Bach essencesare lovingly hand prepared by experienced staff at the Sun Essences workshop, which is in Norfolk. Not far from the seaside town of Cromer where Dr Bach researched and made many of his famous flower essences. We feel privileged to continue this work so close to it’s original roots.
